Spring Flower of Death Valley

Tuesday, March 13, 2007

There, she bloomed, much awaited, wanted,
Giving a little pride, a little jealousy,
Spreading happiness, and some laughter,
Keeping the smiles, walking those miles.

Then, she gloomed, much against hope,
Hiding her pain, and her miseries.
Cringing with her own noble dreams,
Watching them drown in the dark of nights.

Then, she glowed, adding to the agony,
Lifeless mortal, spirited in the air,
Evaporated, absorbed, disappeared;
Atom by atom, blending into the earth;
Leaving the memories of all colors,
Brightening the sky, and all the minds.

Yes, lines do sound like science, thats what happens when a flower finishes its duty on earth, it just disintegrates, becomes ONE with Mother Nature. That is inevitable science of life.Thanks.
